An assembly of a bolt and a nut having protrusion is provided to improve assembling and disassembling work by easily coupling a bolt with a nut using a spanner. An assembly of a bolt and a nut having protrusion includes a bolt and a nut. The nut has a screw part formed thereon. The bolt has a bolt head in a hexagonal shape having 60 degrees. The bolt has a cylindrical screw part on the lower part of the bolt head. The nut has a space part in the inside including a hexagonal shape. The screw part is formed in the space part. The bolt includes a plurality of protrusions(3). When the upper part of the bolt head(1) and the lower part of the bolt head(1) are formed in a vertical direction, contact material is damaged. The number of protrusions included in the bolt head(1) and the nut(5).
