A method of making livestock assorted feed using silk worm excreta is provided. The food containing silk worm excreta exhibits good effect on physical and chemical characteristics, texture characteristics and functional characteristics without adversely affecting growth characteristics and a carcass composition, thereby producing high quality meat when fed to an animal. In the process for the production of livestock assorted feed, 1 to 4% by weight of silk worm excreta is used. A large amount of the animal assorted feed containing silk worm excreta is preferably fed for about 4 weeks to enhance the economic efficiency of the feed. For an example, 1 to 3% by weight of silk worm excreta is added to assorted feed 4 weeks before reaching market weight of pigs(market weight : 110kg). The assorted feed contains 66.50% by weight of yellow cones, 24.90% by weight of soybean meals, 3.50% by weight of molasses, 3.40% by weight of animal fats, 0.87% by weight of ashes, 0.43% by weight of tricalcium phosphate, 0.20% by weight of salts, 0.10% by weight of vitamin and 0.10% by weight of minerals.
