FIELD: reactors or combustion chambers with circulating fluidized beds. ^ SUBSTANCE: the reactor with the circulating fluidized bed contains: an internal separator of primary particles having the separators of particles of impact action for separation of particles of solid substances from a flow of a flue gas/solid substances passing through the reactor casing; the casing of the reactor having an outlet aperture; at least one group consisting at least of two rows of separators of impact action particles installed below the outlet aperture on the indicated flow; and a coverage installed under the indicated group of particles, at least one section of which is located at an angle to horizon so, that it is inclined in direction downward along the indicated flow to force the particles of the solid substances gathered by the indicated group of the separators to slide on this section of the coverage in a direction downward along the flow. The reactor includes a means for a reception of the indicated gathered particles of the solid substances, which slide downward along the flow. The means for reception of gathered particles of solid substances consists of a chamber, a hopper or a removable chute. The coverage is in essence flat. It is provided, that the coverage has a such point, that coverage was ensured by the first section located at an angle to horizon with an inclination in direction of the casing of the reactor to force the particles of the solid substances gathered by the indicated group of the separators to slide along this section of the coverage in a direction to the casing of the reactor, and by the second section located at an angle to horizon with an inclination in a downward direction along the indicated flow to force to force the particles of the solid substances gathered by the indicated group of the separators to slide along this section in a downward direction along the flow. Deflection aids of a flow of flue gas /particles of solid substances include a plate having a shield on its upper part, actually a horizontal partition beginning from the plate; aids to fasten the plate to a back wall of the rotor casing for keeping it spaced near to the point of intersection of the coverage and the back wall of the casing. The deflection aids of the flow of flue gas/particles of solid substances are made in the form of a plate fixed to the lower ends of the separators of the impact action particles. The invention allows creation of the reactor with a circulating fluidized bed more simple and less expensive. ^ EFFECT: the invention ensures creation of a simple and less expensive reactor with a circulating fluidized bed. ^ 7 cl, 10 dwg |
