For smoothing out concrete one can use a horizontally movable carrier 14 which horizontally moves a rotating processing device 24, the position of which can be changed in relation to the vertical axis. A laser beam 27 is emitted horizontally and at a predetermined level above the surface to be treated. An upwardly turned measurement post 25 at the processing device housing is equipped with a detector 26 and with a device 49 that converts the hitting points for the laser beam to signals which control a mechanism 23 which moves the processing device 24 along the vertical axis. <IMAGE> |
