FIELD: visual digital data displays. ^ SUBSTANCE: proposed device has less and more significant bit counters, less and more significant bit code converters, and seven-segment display. Less significant bit code converter functions to convert less significant counter states into four-position code "A" or into four-position code "Y-10" shown on seven-segment display with symbols in compliance with Fig. 8; more significant bit code converter is used to convey control signals to less significant bit code converter to control pop-up of respective groups of segments on seven-segment display and to supply control signals for outputting decimal dot as well as to supply this signal to green-light anodes and to red-light ones of seven-segment display.
