A structure for fixing the open angle of a fuel door is provided to keep the open angle of the fuel door constant all the time in pulling a fuel door opening lever by installing a holder unit for holding the end of a flange and the open angle at 105 degrees to the fuel door. In a fuel door(1) opened by elastic force of a torsion spring(30) combined to a hinge unit(2) in pulling a door opening lever, a structure for fixing the open angle of the fuel door has a holder unit body(10) screw-combined to a vehicle body panel(4) corresponding to the end of a flange of the fuel door. The holder unit is formed by bending a first piece(11) having a screw hole and a second piece(12) having a stopper(12a). A slider(20) is combined to the second piece to rotate about a pin(22) and formed with a hanging groove for holding the end of the flange in opening the fuel door and keeping the open angle at 105 degrees. A movable hole(23) in which the stopper is positioned is formed on one surface of the slider to restrict the rotational length of the slider by the stopper. The torsion spring returns a closing state to an opening state in opening the fuel door and restores the position of the slider to an original state in changing the fuel door to the closing state. Both ends of the torsion spring are fixed to the second piece and the slider.
