An electric power supply apparatus for substituting a storage battery of a portable electronic device is provided to physically contact other end of an FPC(Flexible Printed Circuit) with plus/minus connection terminals of a portable electronic device, thereby being commonly usable for all kinds of portable electronic devices without separate connection parts. A body(110) includes at least more than one dry cell(100) connected in serial, and comprises plus/minus output terminals(120) where DC voltages of the dry cells(100) are outputted. An FPC(130) is configured, wherein one end thereof is connected with the plus/minus output terminals(120) while other end thereof is branched into two so as to extract plus/minus voltages of the dry cells(100). Adhesive members(140) electrically connect/fix the other end of the FPC(130) to plus/minus connection terminals of a portable electronic device.
