An assembling type water tank is provided to avoid deformation or cracking due to atmospheric pressure when installed, prevent underwater from flowing inside, and be conveniently installed. The assembling type water tank includes a bottom plate(20), an upper plate(30), and a body plate(10). The bottom plate(20) consists of a hardened concrete plate having a connecting frame(21) fixed at the four edges. Plural wall-connecting bolts(22) are welded to the connecting frame(21) to face upward. The upper plate(30) consists of a concrete plate having a connecting frame fixed at the four edges. Plural wall-connecting bolts are welded to the upper plate to face downward, having a predetermined space between each other. In the body plate, connecting frames(15,16) are fixed by a set concrete. Plural bolt insertion holes(17) are formed on the connecting frame, with a predetermined space between each other.
