A portable optical connector-polishing device for FTTx construction is provided to connect optical fibers on the spot at low cost and an excellent connection loss rate through polishing work of high accuracy. A portable optical connector-polishing device for FTTx construction comprises a jig(11) for fixing a ferrule; a hydraulic damper(12) giving uniform pressure to the jig; a push/pull-type clamp(13) adhering and removing the hydraulic damper closely to/from the jig; a polishing film(14) polishing the ferrule and optical fibers; a rubber pad(15) for uniform polishing and protection of the polishing film; a surface plate(16) revolving and rotating the rubber pad; a driving part(17) enabling movement of the surface plat; and a motor(18) driving the driving part.
