PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooling device which can be installed even in a miniaturized cellular phone base station or the like. SOLUTION: Heat generated inside a housing 2, that is, heat generated in communication equipment 1 is emitted outside the housing 2 by constituting a wall member 2a constituting the housing 2 of a double-wall structure of an inside air path 2b wherein air inside the housing 2 flows and an outside air path 2c wherein air outside the housing 2 flows and carrying out heat exchange between air inside the housing 2 and air outside the housing 2. Thereby, a cooling device can be miniaturized when compared to an after-mounted unit type cooling device.
