PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an anisotropic rubber magnet that has a high residual magnetic flux density (Br) and high hardness. SOLUTION: The anisotropic rubber magnet contains at least nitrile rubber, a plasticizer, a lubricant, ferrite powder, and a silane coupling agent. The rates of the plasticizer and lubricant are adjusted to 10-30 wt.% and 8-30 wt.% against 100 pts. wt. of nitrile rubber, and the rate of the ferrite powder is adjusted so that the Ferrite Volume defined below may become≥66% and the rate of the silane coupling agent is adjusted to 0.1-3 wt.% against the ferrite powder. In addition, the degree of orientation of the rubber magnet is adjusted to≥84%. Here, the ferrite volume is defined below: Ferrite Volume = [(the volume of the ferrite powder calculated from the density of the powder)/(the sum total of the volume of each component calculated from the density of each component)]×100. However, the density of the ferrite powder is set to 5.1 Mg/m<SP>3</SP>, the density of the organic component (including carbon black) is set to 1.0 Mg/m<SP>3</SP>, and the density of the inorganic component is set to the value written in the literature.
