PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing noise generated by a display screen without needing additional expense. SOLUTION: A switching circuit 3 nearly equalizes the frequency and phase of a driving signal (SEG signal, COM signal) outputted to a switching liquid crystal panel 30 to the frequency and phase of a voice signal. Consequently, even when noise corresponding to the frequency and phase of the driving signal is generated, this noise can be killed with a voice from a speaker 5 (The voice is superposed on the noise.) to make the noise inconspicuous (to hide the noise).
