PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a therapeutic agent for insect bite and sting, effective for itches, swellings, inflammations and pains of various insect bites and stings. SOLUTION: This therapeutic agent for insect bite and sting comprises an antiallergic agent having no H1 antagonism as an active ingredient. Preferably, the antiallergic agent having no H1 antagonism comprises one or more kinds selected from tranilast, amlexanox, repirinast, ibudilast, tazanolast, pemirolast, pranlukast, zafirlukast, montelukast, suplatast, their salts and their hydrates.
