PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rotary working machine excellent in operability and hard to exhaust a worker by a method wherein an electric motor for rotating a rotary working body is supported by the rotary working body rotated around an axis approximately perpendicular to a floor face. SOLUTION: A bracket fixing part of the electric motor rotating the rotary working body fixing part connected via a reduction gear is placed on rubber vibration insulating bodies placed on support parts provided at each 120 degree center angle inside a support body. The rubber vibration insulating bodies, the support parts and the fixing part are connected and the electric motor is mounted on the support body. A rotary brush is concentrically fixed on the rotary working body fixing part.
