A power generating method using buoyancy and magnetic force and a device thereof are provided to reduce cost by generating electricity infinitely regardless of place while driving a generator by buoyancy and magnetic force, and to protect the ecosystem by preventing pollution. A power generating device comprises a driving gear(80) and a driven gear(90) rotating according to moving direction of a fluid container(20) combined with a chain(70) and installed in a water tank(10), a nonmagnetic body guide(50) fixed to an upper part of the driving gear to move fluid(23) into the fluid container by pressing a piston(60), a ferromagnetic body guide(40) fixed to the driven gear to keep balance of force and to adjust distance continuously by generating attraction of a permanent magnet(30) of the fluid container and magnetic force in the fluid container, the flexible fluid container flowing fluid through a fluid passage(21) and rotating by changing volume, the permanent magnet fixed to a piston shaft of the fluid container to move fluid by generating attraction with the ferromagnetic body guide, and a permanent magnet(31) installed to the other side of the piston shaft of the fluid container to offset hydraulic pressure by generating attraction with a ferromagnetic body(41). |
