PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the occurrence of wrong input, simplify an operation and give a user pleasure in operating when information input such as menu selection, character input and so on is executed.

SOLUTION: A circular area 42 in which menu items are arranged in a circular form is displayed on a display part. When the user tilts a cellular phone terminal, a highlighted cursor 47 moves on the circular area 42 in accordance with the direction of the tilt. When the user vibrates the cellular phone terminal while the cursor 47 indicates a desired menu item, the desired menu item is determined.
