PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a complex air-conditioner, consisting of an electrothermal output device such as a fuel cell, a vapor compression type heat pump device and an adsorption type freezer, capable of increasing output between the devices and improving general efficiency. SOLUTION: The complex air conditioner includes the fuel cell 1, the vapor compression type heat pump device 4 equipped with a compressor 4a driven by electric output by the fuel cell 1 and capable of switching cooling operation and heating operation, an adsorption type freezer 3 equipped with an adsorber A with which thermal output of the fuel cell is introduced and regenration desorption of adsorbent is performed during the cooling operation by the vapor compression type heat pump device and a first heat exchanger 6 for executing heat exchange between cold output generated by an evaporator C constituting the adsorption type freezer and a downstream side refrigerant of an outdoor heat exchanger (condenser) 4c constituting the vapor compression type heat pump device and cool down the downstream side refrigerant of the outdoor heat exchanger.
