PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tendon end closure member which is excellent in sealability and not required to demount and excellent in workability. SOLUTION: A PC steel material 12 is inserted in a sheath 11 of a prestressed concrete structural body and the end is held in a state that a tensile force is added by a clip 16 and a wedge cone 17, the end and the one end side of the clip 16 are covered, a fixing chemical is injected in the inside to harden the tendon end closure member 1. The closure part 3 covering the end and the end side end face of the clip 16 and a cylindrical part 2 extended from the closure part 3 and pressed in the periphery of the clip 16 are provided, At the outer peripheral face of the cylindrical part 2, a ring-shaped flange 4 has a structure integrally shaped with the cylindrical part 2. In the closing part 3 a penetration hole 5a is opened and an air ventirating water permeation sheet is provided.
