PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a screw and a structure of securing a circuit board using the same by which the circuit board can be positioned. SOLUTION: While a circuit board 65 is placed on a supporting body 35, it is screwed into a screw hole 47 of the supporting body 35 through a via-hole 66a of the circuit board 65. A screw 10 is formed with a head 11, a columnar part 12 made integral with the head 10, a truncated conical part 13 made integral with the columnar part 12, and a thread 14 made integral with the truncated conical part 13.
