PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a document conveyance device capable of reading both sides of document without imposing burden on posture of the document by a single reading means in an image reading device provided with ADF. SOLUTION: This device includes a first conveyance passage feeding document to a first reading position where a primary surface of the conveyed document is read, a second conveyance passage switching back the document of which first surface has been read at a first reversal part and sending the same to a second reading position. A single reading means can freely move between the first reading position and the second reading position and the both side of the document are read by the single reading means.
