PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To secure stability of a vehicle body by regulating left and right rocking of the vehicle body by a vehicle body rocking device, when deviation arises between loads charged on left and right stabilizers. SOLUTION: The vehicle body 2 comprises the vehicle body rocking device 18 for rocking the vehicle body 2 while the left and right stabilizers 12 and 13 are grounded and a rocking regulating device 29 for regulating the rocking of the vehicle body 2 when the rateα<SB>L</SB>andα<SB>R</SB>of vertical loads F<SB>L</SB>and F<SB>R</SB>applied to respective stabilizers 12 and 13. In this case, the rocking regulating device 29 calculates the vertical loads F<SB>L</SB>and F<SB>R</SB>using oil pressures P<SB>L</SB>and P<SB>R</SB>of left and right hydraulic cylinders 17 detected by hydraulic sensors 30 and 31 and tilt anglesθ<SB>L</SB>andθ<SB>R</SB>of respective hydraulic cylinders 17 detected by tilt angle sensors 32 and 33.
