PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayered heat-shrinkable polyester film extremely reduced in the occurrence of wrinkles due to shrinkage, shrink irregularity and strain and hard to cause trouble such as the folding of a label or the like with the elapse of time after printing. SOLUTION: The multilayered heat-shrinkable polyester film is composed of a center layer wherein the polyethylene terephthalate unit is 10 mol% or above in the total polyester resin component and both outer layers wherein the sum total of one or above monomer components capable of becoming an amorphous component in the total polyester resin component is 16 mol% or above and comprises a polyester resin wherein a neopentylglycol component in 100 mol% of a polyhydric alcohol component in the total polyester resin component is 5 mol% or above and a 1,4-cyclohexanediol component is 5 mol% or above.
