PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance impact resistance against falling, etc. by devising an arrangement/structure and a shape of a reinforcing member without sacrificing a thickness or characteristics. SOLUTION: Two air-core armatures 2A and 2B are eccentrically placed on a printed wiring board 1, and integrally molded with resin 5 together with eccentric weight 4. A hanging part 5a is so formed of resin as to turn around the outer periphery of the eccentric weight in a top view, so as to hang on the winding type air-core armature coil. The outer periphery of the eccentric weight is bonded to the hanging part so that a reinforcing member C of non-magnetic metal acts as a framework with one part embedded to hang on the winding type air-core armature coil.
