PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a new pulse continuous application method for realizing the relaxation of decoherence required for performing quantum information processing without any errors without shortening a pulse application period so much. SOLUTION: In a synchronous pulse control method, in the interaction between a 2-level system carrying quantum information and a peripheral environment for surrounding the 2-level system, and when those mainly affecting the decoherence of the 2-level system have a characteristic frequency; a continuous pulse is applied to the 2-level system in synchronization with the frequency.
