摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ferroelectric substance as an organic matter with a high dielectric constant at room temperature and an excellent insulating property, thermally stable in the atmosphere and capable of synthesizing a matter in a dry system with the use of sublimation. SOLUTION: The ferroelectric substance consists of an organic matter with two or more kinds of organic molecules capable of subliming forming a hydrogen bond, and the organic molecules in the ferroelectric substance are of low molecules, of aπ-electron system. The substance is either a molecular compound or salt produced by giving and receiving of proton, with the organic molecules being both a proton donor matter and a proton acceptor matter.
