<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a scroll controller, a scroll control method, a scroll control program, and a recording medium by which a screen is scrolled two-dimensionally according to order in which document images are read on the screen, by one-dimensional operation (for instance, vertical scroll, or the rotation of a button in a direction like a roller provided on a recent intelligence mouse), thereby displaying an image in a desired area on the screen. <P>SOLUTION: The scroll controller 1 used for a display device comprises a reading order decision means 12 which decides the reading order of document images displayed on the display device in correspondence with an amount of movement of a scroll indicating arrangement; and a display indicating means 13 which displays an area of a part of the document image, according to the reading order decided by the reading order decision means. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
