PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical layered film having excellent adhesive property with other members and excellent transparency and is almost free form optical defects. SOLUTION: The layered film comprises a biaxially oriented polyester film having≥50μm thickness produced by co-biaxial orientation as a substrate and an adhesiveness-improving resin layer formed on at least one surface of the substrate. The optical layered film has flaws of≥1μm depth and≥3 mm length present on the surface detected by a specified measuring method in a quantity of≤100 pieces/m<SP>2</SP>on number basis.
