PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a braiding carrier with which a braid is formed by using slit yarns having a high impregnated resin content and the slit yarns are retained and supplied to a braider. SOLUTION: The braiding carrier is loaded on the braider BR for braiding a great number of slit yarns SY to form a cylindrical braid. The braiding carrier BC holding a bobbin 1 on which the slit yarn SY is wound is equipped with a winding roller 3 for separating a release sheet Sya attached to the slit yarn SY from the slit yarn and winding the slit yarn.
