<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To make it possible to perform retrieval concerning measurements of either a base or height of a product. <P>SOLUTION: A retrieval system management server 12 displays a retrieval condition input screen in a user terminal 16 (step S10). A user transmits the retrieval condition including at least measurement of either the base or the height of the product and prescribed characteristics to the retrieval system management server 12 (step S12). The retrieval system management server 12 retrieves a basic data storing part, and reads out the data of the product conforming to the retrieval condition (step S14). In the retrieval of the basic data storing part, the retrieval can be performed by specifying the measurement of either the base or the height of the product. The retrieval system management server 12 sorts the data of the product in order of recommendation to the user and outputs them (step S18, step S20) in accordance with a sort condition previously provided when extracting a plurality of data of the product conforming to the retrieval condition (step S16). <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
