PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To surely supply liquid at a fixed flow rate to a mixer. SOLUTION: Direction control valves 30A, 30B, 30a and 30b for optionally switching a communicating state for communicating hoses 15A, 15B, 15a and 15b with the mixer 28 and a blocking state for blocking the communication are provided between the hoses connected respectively to quantitative supply means 10A, 10B, 10a, 10b for discharging the liquid (essential agents A and B and curing agents (a) and (b)) at the fixed flow rate and the mixer 28. At the supply of the liquid, the diameter expansion and the deformation of the hoses 15A, 15B, 15a and 15b due to the discharge pressure of the liquid are prevented and the flow rate of the liquid to be supplied to the mixer 28 is never made lower than the discharge quantity from quantitative supply means 10A, 10B, 10a, 10b by switching to the communicating state.
