<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To effectively reduce the power consumption by controlling a household air conditioner from a remote electric power company, and to prevent the regional power failure caused by the overload of an electric power plant. <P>SOLUTION: An operation control signal output device 15 is mounted to output an operation control set value operated by an operation control set value operating device 14 on the basis of the operating state information of an air conditioner detected by an operating state detecting device 16, as an operation control signal for forcibly stopping the operation of the air conditioner, when it receives a power control signal requesting the reduction of electric power consumption of the air conditioner from the electric power company 18 as a power supply source. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI |
