PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prepare a thermoplastic resin film having adhesion to an ink, when used for printed matter of an oxidative polymerization-type ink or an ultraviolet curing-type ink, and having scratch resistance in the printed matter as well. SOLUTION: This thermoplastic resin film contains a curing-type resin (A) having a pencil hardness of HB or harder according to JIS-K-5600-5-4 and an olefinic resin (B), and further has a coated layer containing protuberances derived from the olefinic resin (B) on at least one of outer surfaces of the thermoplastic resin film.
