PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To produce a lamination device in which the entire surface of a tape is bonded uniformly and an opening has a good precision by pressurizing a work uniformly independent of the presence/absence or the size of the opening of the tape. SOLUTION: In the lamination device, an insulating tape substrate 1 having the opening such as a device hole and tape-like conductive foil 2 are passed between a pair of rotating pressure rolls 3 and 4 to laminate them. The device has a pressurization thrust adjustment mechanism 13 for adjusting the pressurization thrust of the pressure roll 4, a passage sensor 8 for detecting the passage of the opening of the tape substrate 1, a processing means for calculating the touch area between the pressure roll 4 and the tape 1 based on the size of the opening detected by the sensor 8, and a driving control part for controlling the pressurization thrust of the mechanism 13 to conform the thrust to the calculated touch area.
