PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To perform advanced processing, while suppressing power consumption by enhancing sensitivity regarding the transmission and reception of user-side equipment used in wearable environment, and to make the equipment itself small. SOLUTION: A resonance circuit is composed of an air-core coil 121 and a chip capacitor 122. The resonance circuit is provided to receive a signal generated from a signal source and extract a signal of a prescribed frequency. The air-core coil 121 is not arranged on a substrate 123 and is configured large, in comparison with other components. Also, the air-core coil 121 is designed to efficiently receive a signal from an electromagnetic field generated by outputting the signal from the signal source. The signal, received by the resonance circuit composed of the air-core coil 121 and the chip capacitor 122, is supplied to an amplifier 74, further subjected to processing such as waveform shaping by processing of a subsequent stage and is supplied to a microcomputer 53.
