PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a starter control device for a vehicle capable of reducing electric power consumption by controlling driving of a starter motor device depending on situations. SOLUTION: The starter control device for the vehicle is provided with a driving signal output means outputting a driving signal of the starter motor device for starting an internal combustion engine, a starter motor driving means performing driving of the starter motor device while the driving signal is outputted by the driving signal output means, and a motor driving stop means stopping the driving of the starter motor device when driving time of the starter motor device exceeds predetermined time.
