PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fender cover superior in workability by freely attaching and detaching a cover, and improving durability of a fender without requiring to apply work to the fender itself, by preventing the deterioration by abrasion of the fender caused by contact of a ship and the fender, and preventing damage of a hull and a stain of the hull by sticking of a fender material, by covering the fender. SOLUTION: This fender cover covers a surface of the fender formed of an elastic body such as rubber having a hollow shock absorbing part, and has a constitution having the rubber or synthetic resin cover, a plate-like fixing plate arranged in upper and lower opening parts of the shock absorbing part, having an inserting hole on a plate surface, and having a fixing part for detachably fixing the cover in the vertical part, and a fixing shaft inserted into the shock absorbing part, inserted into the inserting hole, and fixing the fixing plate.
