发明名称 METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR DESIGN OF ROTARY MACHINE BLADE
摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and system for design of a rotary machine blade that enable a design reducing variation in frequency due to manufacturing errors while considering continuity of a blade shape. SOLUTION: The blade design method, which maintains oscillation strength of a rotary machine blade in operation, comprises a step of setting an evaluation target, a step of setting a plurality of design parameters influencing it, a step of mapping the design parameters and each level onto an orthogonal array by the Taguchi method, a step of executing an eigenvalue analysis based on the orthogonal array, a step of executing SN ratio and sensitivity calculations, and a step of optimizing the blade shape with the plurality of design parameters under constraints. The constraints comprise a first constraint that keeps design parameters deciding the blade shape in ranges for ensuring continuity of the blade shape, and a second constraint that fixes design parameters and levels showing high SN ratio values calculated by the Taguchi method.
