摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a differential device enabling the lubrication of the inside of a differential case. <P>SOLUTION: The differential device 1 comprises a drive pinion shaft part 150 and a drive pinion head part 15, the differential case 120 in which the drive pinion meshing with a ring gear 130 is formed integrally and storing a side gear 124, a differential carrier 100 storing liquid-tight the drive pinion and the differential case 120, a constant velocity joint 161 stored in the differential case, and a bearing 141 rotatably supporting the differential case 120 on the differential carrier 100. The differential carrier 100 comprises a first space 111, a second space 112, and a third space 110. A partition wall 115 having a through hole communicating the second space 112 to the third space 110 is formed in the differential carrier 100, and a bearing 141 acts as a discharge suppressing mechanism suppressing that oil is discharged from the second space 112 into the third space 110. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2005,JPO&NCIPI
