PURPOSE: A cosmetic composition using animal skin is provided to promote collagen generation, metabolism, and cell proliferation with safety, to improve anti-aging, and to remove free radicals. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a cosmetic composition using animal skin comprises: a step of skinning mammals such as cow, pig, sheep, rabbit, and horse, birds such as chicken, duck, and ostrich, and fishes such as chub mackerel, pacific saury, tuna, crab, shrimp, and flat fish(40); a step of processing the skin; a step of adding a solvent, and extracting or drying and pulverizing the skin; and a step of mixing the obtained powder with a cosmetically active ingredient.
