PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air cleaner with an ozone generator, capable of preventing ultra-violet rays from leaking to outside while enhancing sterilizing efficiency, for fumigating inside of a machine by ozone. SOLUTION: An ultra-violet ray sterilizer 8 is structured by a casing provided with a left flow-in port and a right flow-in port separated by a rail at a front face and a left flow-out port and a right flow-out port at a rear face and an ultra-violet ray lamp provided on a back face side of the rail at a predetermined distance from peripheral collars of the left flow-in port and the right flow-in port. The casing is structured by an upper cover and a lower cover and an ozone generator 6 in which a discharging electrode is arranged is provided at a front part of the air cleaner.
