COLORED AND CLEAR COATED METAL BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a colored and clear coated metal board exhibiting good surface properties and tone that is almost free from coating film defects apt to appear in clear coated metal boards where coloring pigment 3 is dispersed. SOLUTION: Clear coating film 2 with coloring pigment dispersed therein and top full-gross clear coating film 6 are laminated one after another on a metal board 1 that is a substrate having metallic luster. The transparent or translucent coloring pigment 3 formed by coating a scale-like inorganic substrate with a metal oxide and a colorless, transparent and granular delustering agent 7 are dispersed in the clear coating film 2 with the coloring pigment dispersed therein.
