MANUFACTURING METHOD FOR PNEUMATIC TIRE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method for a pneumatic tire which exactly decreases a vulcanization trouble and a dimensional change caused by deformation of an unvulcanized tire during storage. SOLUTION: In the manufacturing method for a pneumatic tire of setting the unvulcanized tire in a vulcanization mold and vulcanizing it to produce a tire product, before setting the unvulcanized tire in the vulcanization mold, the unvulcanized tire is shaped to a figure similar to the figure of the vulcanization mold while heating the unvulcanized tire or after heating it in advance, followed by cooling and solidifying it while keeping the figure and then setting it in the vulcanization mold.
