PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus for separating a product and a scrap with which high operation efficiency is realized and the product is efficiently separated from a work. SOLUTION: The apparatus for separating the product and the scrap in which a step of separating the product connected to a micro-joint from the work is automated, is provided with a work mounting means 4 having a plurality of hitting protecting zones (platy members) and opening hole parts 42, hitting means 2 for pushing up each of the hitting protecting zones (platy members) at the prescribed time interval, and product recovering means 6, 7 for recovering the products dropped down from the opening hole parts (gaps).
