<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a corrugated elastic-member in which an engineering change (in reducing direction) of the restoring force on the drawing board can be made comparatively easily. <P>SOLUTION: The elastic member is formed in a corrugated shape by bending repeatedly alternately in reverse direction an elastic material having a rectangular or circular cross-section.
