摘要 PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a radiological image conversion panel with 5-40% of pores without employing a binder and an untra-high temperature process, a radiological image conversion panel with a high sensitivity and a high sharpness, and a radiation detection instrument using the same. SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the radiological image conversion panel having a phosphor layer converting a radio active ray into a visible ray employs a film forming process of causing phosphor particles to collide against a substrate in a vacuum of 0.1-1000 Pa at a high speed and to deposit.
