PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve exhaust gas characteristic of an engine by a simple configuration. SOLUTION: Throttle openingθth of a throttle valve 41 provided in a throttle body 32 to which air-fuel mixture of the engine 15 is supplied is detected by a throttle opening sensor 43, and temperature Tw of cooling water circulating in the engine 15 is detected by a water temperature sensor 51. When a fuel injection control unit 60 determines that temperature of cooling water is below predetermined temperature from output of the water temperature sensor 51 and the throttle valve 41 is fully closed, amount of fuel injection is determined by multiplying amount of fuel injection which becomes base by lean coefficient to make air-fuel mixture lean.
