PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently and accurately diagnose the hygiene of a water supply system in a building comprising a plurality of stories. SOLUTION: This water supply hygiene diagnostic device 1 for diagnosing the hygiene of the water supply system in the building comprising the plurality of stories, comprises a data storage means 2 for storing basic data 10 on the object building and water supply system; a change time computing means 3 for computing a change time required to change water in piping in a predetermined section based on the basic data 10; and a water quality determining means 4 for determining water quality based on the change time.
