PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooking sheet capable of preventing food from sticking to a frying pan and offering easy clean-up. SOLUTION: The cooking sheet comprises a base sheet 1 made of heat-resistant material whose basis weight is 30-100 g/m<SP>2</SP>and a release agent 2 made of silicone resin or fluorocarbon resin to coat the base sheet 1, which is characterized in that contact angle of oleic acid on the release agent 2 coated surface of the base sheet is 65°or more. The base sheet 1 can be made of paper, such as glassine paper, parchment paper, nitrate paper, aramid paper or the like with an erected part formed on the periphery thereof.
