The plant for the handling of an application fluid has an installation module with a framework (1) and which has at least one warm and at least one cold construction chamber, whereby the cold chamber is enclosed by an outer jacket and has a thermal insulation. In the cold chamber (2) are located rectification columns and a main heat exchanger, and in the warm chamber (7) is located at least a section of the warm pipes. The plant serves for the low temperature breakdown of air and the warm device is constructed as an air purifying device. An independent claim is included for a method of the manufacture of process engineering plant with an installation module.
