A vacuum assisted auto-lancing device is provided to lance with one-time operation in various parts regardless of lancing parts, and to automatically burst with a little power without controlling an injection depth under the skin, thereby reducing horror and pain of a user. A housing unit(200) has a body(210) divided into the first chamber(214a) and the second chamber and comprising a lever hole(224) and coupling projections(226) vertically protruded around the lever hole(224). An operational lever unit(300) consists of an operational switch(310) having a stairway-shaped first operational part(312) and the second operational part, a switch cap(320) covering the switch(310), and a switch cover(330) limiting the switch(310) and the cap(320) to the body(210). A holder unit(400) consists of the first stem(410) whose one end is exposed outside the first chamber(214a), the second stem(430) disposed on an inner side of the first chamber(214a), and a stem cap(450) finishing other end of the second stem(430). A burst unit(500) consists of the first burst part(510) inserted with a lancet holder while being burst by the first operational part(312), and the second burst part(530) burst by the second operational part. A lancing unit(600) consists of a control screw(610) mounted on the first stem(410), a control slider(620), and an end cap(630) mounted on the first stem(410). A vacuum unit(700) consists of a plunger(710) mounted on the second burst part(530), and a body cap(730) limiting the plunger(710) to the second chamber.
